INGREDIENTS
*Duck-1kg
*Ginger-garlic chopped--1 1/2
*Small onion-1/4 cup
*Green chilli-5
*Tomato-1 big
*Onion-2 sliced
*Duck roast masala-6 tbsp
*Oil-8 tbsp
*Curry leaves
*Salt to taste
PREPARATION
*Grind ginger-garlic,small onion,dick roast masala in a fine paste.Marinate the cleaned duck pieces with the 1/2 of ground paste and keep aside for 2 hours.Heat the pan and pour oil and shallow fry marinated duck pieces until it turns golden brown colour.Remove the cooked duck pieces and keep aside.In the same oil add finely sliced onion and cook.when the onion becomes golden brown colour add green chilli,tomato,remaining 1/2 of the masala and fry it until oil starts to separate.Add 2 cup of boiling water and mix well.Transfer the fried duck pieces and onion gravy to pressure cooker.pressure cook it until the duck is cooked.When the pressure is gone open the cooker and cook the gravy to thickness.Cook until the water is almost dried and each piece is coated with the masala.
