KATTACHALKUZHI CHICKEN PERATTU


INGREDIENTS


*Country chicken -2kg
*Chilli powder - 5-6 tbsp
*Coriander powder - 3-4 tbsp

*Turmeric powder -1-2 tbsp
*Green chilli,garlic,ginger paste - 2-3 tbsp
*Pudina,curry leaves,rambha[pandanus amaryllifolius]
*Coconut oil
*Chicken masala 2-4 tbsp
*Salt

MARINATION


Add salt,chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,chicken masala into chicken pieces and mix well.

HOW TO COOK


In a vessel add coconut oil,when oil is heaten up add chilli powder,coriander powder,the three leaves.After that add marinated chicken pieces and mix well continuously for 15 mins.Now close the lid and cook it for 30 mins.After 30 mins mix well and add chilli powder,coriander,turmeric,chicken masala,ginger,garlic,green chilli paste,salt and mix well until the rawness is gone.Then serve with anything you want.
