How to make Dhaba mutton curry
Ingredients
*1 kg mutton pieces
*5-6 cloves garlic chopped
*2-3 onion chopped
*3/4 cup curd
*1 tablespoon cumin powder
*1 tablespoon coriander powder
*4 cloves (laung)
*cooking oil
*3-4 green chillies
*1 tablespoon ginger grated
*coriander leaves
*2 tomato
*2 bay leaves
*3 cardamom(elaichi)
*1 tablespoon red chilli powder
*1 tablespoon turmeric powder
*salt for taste

1.To begin making the dhaba mutton recipe, marinate mutton with curd, red chilli powder, cumin
powder ,turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt
2.Mix everything well and keep it for 2 hours
3.Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add cardamom, bay
leaves, ginger-garlic, clove and saute for few seconds
4.Add chopped onion, green chilli and saute them until they
get golden brown
5.Add marinated mutton and cook till the mutton is tender

6.Once it is done add tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes
7.After 20 minutes add water and cook for 5 more minutes
8.Sprinkle garam masala and cook for 3-4 minutes.Once it is done
switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander.
